We do not accept any exchanges or refunds for in store purchases.

Here at New Digz, we want you to love what you have purchased. As such, descriptions (size, condition and/or flaws) of each item are written based on our staffs inspections. However, there are times where slight omissions may inadvertently occur. These immaterial discrepancies still do not warrant a return/refund. We strongly recommend that you carefully read the descriptions and review all pictures prior to placing an order.  We are always willing to provide additional pictures upon request.

Due to the fact that we do not own the merchandise, there is a high expense associated with the return of consigned items. In the event your item is defective, you may request a return for store credit. If your request is approved, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and may return the item(s). A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the buyer's store credit for all items. All store credit must be redeemed within 30 days of the return. This restocking fee helps our business to offset expenses incurred as a result of returns. 

Please note all handbags sold are authentic and remain with our 100% money back guarantee. Authenticity Certificates for luxury handbags are also available upon request for a charge of $35.  Any authenticity opinions provided by friends, relatives, and/or sales associates WILL NOT be accepted as proof when an item is in question. 

Any eligible return must be initiated within 5 days of delivery. For example: If your item is received/delivered on Saturday, you have until Thursday to initiate your return via email.  Anytime thereafter, New Digz Consignment will be unable to accept the return.

All handbags, swimwear, luggage, beauty products, flash sale, final sale, and/or last call sale item(s) are not eligible for exchange, refund or store credit. 

When returning an item, you must return item(s) in its original condition with tags. Please Note: All Gift Cards and Gift Certificates may not be returned for a refund or exchange.

We will notify you by email when your return is processed. If you've requested an exchange, a second email will be sent once we've processed your new order. We are unable to guarantee that exchange merchandise will be available at the time your order is processed; in these instances you will receive store credit. If you indicated that you are returning a gift, we will send a Gift Card for the value of the refund to the address you specified on the packing list.

Please allow 7-10 days to process your return and credit your account.


In cases where a free return option is granted, a pre-paid label will be sent to the customer. Our free return option only applies upon management's approval and to orders shipped to the U.S. We are unable to provide a pre-paid label for certain restricted and/or oversized merchandise.


When using your pre-paid shipping label to make a return, the United States Postal Service will provide a free carrier pick-up. If you wish to schedule a free carrier pick up for your return, simply affix the pre-paid, pre-addressed return label to your package and schedule a pickup for the next delivery day. Your postal carrier will pick-up your package(s) when you regular mail is delivered.

Please note: Packages must be ready for shipment before your carrier arrives. Maximum weight per package is 70 lbs.


Free Standard Shipping on orders over $125 before taxes and/or shipping and handling. Not valid for international delivery addresses or Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.  

With a minimum purchase of $125 or more at New Digz Consignment, shipping is no cost to you. This applies only to standard ground shipping. If you need the product overnight or need special delivery provisions additional USPS/UPS charges will apply.

Orders shipped within the continental U.S. should arrive within 7-10 business days.

We are obligated by law to collect sales tax on shipping and handling fees associated with a taxable order shipped to the Maryland.


We currently provided both curb side and pickup in store options.

When your item is ready for pickup, you will receive an e-mail confirmation from the store indicating that your purchase is ready for pickup. Please bring a photo ID with you, and order number for your verification purposes.
