What to Expect at Your Appointment
Your appointment is a one-on-one, in-person session with our team — giving you dedicated time and personalized attention for your items.
Here's what happens during your visit:
- Account setup: We'll set up your consignor account and send you links to get everything configured.
- Contract: You'll sign your consignment agreement electronically — quick and paperless. You can review the agreement here before your appointment.
- Account opening fee: A one-time $10 fee is collected at the appointment. Cash is preferred.
- Payment setup: We'll collect your payment preferences so you're all set when items sell.
- Item review: We'll go through your pieces together, make suggestions, and offer alternatives if something isn't quite the right fit.
- Drop-off slip: You'll receive an email confirmation of the items left with us.
- Hangers returned: Your hangers are returned at the end of the appointment. Need your shoe boxes back? Just say the word — we keep boxes for luxury shoes.
