Condition Rating

Most of the items that we carry have been previously owned. Unless otherwise stated, they may not be in flawless condition. We inspect each item and list any notable flaws in the condition section. Be sure to inspect all detailed photos that we have taken of the item. If additional pictures are needed prior to purchase, feel free to request in our chat feature.

New (Giftable):

Item is in new condition and includes attached retailer tags and may also include box at times.

Excellent 

Item appears unused, but does not have any retailer's tags. May contain faint signs of wear due to storage conditions and/or wear from trying on in store. In most cases there is no noticeable signs of wear.

Very Good

Item shows some wear and signs of previous use, but still has a lot of life in it. Slightly worn corners, creases in leather and/or tarnished hardware may be visible. Any notable flaws or signs of wear are stated in the listing.

Good

Item does show moderate signs of prior use. Surface scratches, slight darkening in handles, and other indications of wear may be visible. Such signs of wear or imperfections will be noted in the listing. In items such as shoes, wear on bottom may be worn down.

Fair

Item will have noticeable signs of wear such as scuffed edges or significant scratches. Also can have, but not limited to watermarks and/or interior damage. Item may need a little TLC, but is still in usable condition. NOTE: This condition is for clients who are collectors or who like to refurbish or upcycle bags. Please read the condition notes in the listing and inspect photos before purchasing.
