First Time? Here’s How It Works:

1. Follow us on Facebook at @newdigz and turn on notifications so you never miss a Live.
2. Tune in at the scheduled time and browse as we showcase each item.
3. Register — comment “Register” to get your cart link and create your account. This is a MUST! Do this before you start claiming!
4. Claim your item — comment DIGZ or SOLD + the item number (e.g., DIGZ 12 or SOLD 12).
5. Need item details? — comment just the item number (e.g., 12) to see color, size, price, and brand.
6. Have a question? — Tap 👍🏾❤️🔥 to get our attention, or surround your question with emojis so we can spot it quickly.
   Example: 🩷❤️ Does 12 have any stretch? ❤️🩷
7. Changed your mind? — comment PASS + the item number (e.g., PASS 12) to release an item you won.
8. Checkout — comment CHECKOUT after the last item or when you are done and your invoice will be sent via Facebook Messenger immediately. Invoices must be paid within 30 minutes after the Live ends.
9. Pickup or shipping — Pick up at our Crofton or Upper Marlboro locations, or we’ll ship your order to you. NOTE: Shipping is the default. You must manually change to pickup. Shipping typically averages $8–$10, depending on your order’s weight and ZIP code. A $3 daily storage fee may be added for items not picked up within 5 days.
